Chocolate Chunk M&M Cookies- MaryJean Cory

• 2 cups plus 2 Tbs. Flour
• 1/2 tsp. Baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 12 Tbs. butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 c. Sugar
• 1 egg plus 1 egg yolk
• 2 tsp. Vanilla
• M&M's
• Hershey bar cut up

Bake 325 degrees for 16 minutes. Rotate position of pan half way through baking.

Crisco Chocolate Chip Cookies - Tarissa Gwilliams

Mix:

• 3/4 c. Crisco shortening
• 1-1/4 c. Brown sugar
• 2 Tbs. Milk
• 1 Tbs. vanilla

Add:

• 1 egg

Mix together then add to above ingredients:

• 1-3/4 c. Flour
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 3/4 tsp. Baking soda

Add:

• Chocolate chips

Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheet then put on foil.
